About the design
Nature is magical and miraculous! The Metamorphic collection is inspired by the metamorphosis process of natural stones, evolving and changing form, producing extraordinary beauty. Every natural stone is simply one of a kind, possessing its own special characteristics and making for an intricate and intriguing design highlight.
This pattern was created after meeting a Turkish Woman at an art fair. Ebru is a traditional Turkish art which is achieved by creating colourful patterns by sprinkling and brushing colour pigments onto a pan of oily water and then transferring the patterns to paper.
